Sanjit Kumar Mahato, a resident of Agamkuan, told Local 18 that these electric poles installed on the middle of the road are an example of amazing engineering. He further said that I don’t know from which college the engineers who installed poles on the middle of the road would have studied. These poles have been watching this road for the last several years. Many people who drive in a hurry, especially at night, have had accidents here. Still, no effort is being made by the electricity department or the municipal corporation to remove this pole.
Local public representatives are also silent
At the same time, Kaushal Kumar, resident of Bhoothnath Road, told Local 18 that the local public representatives are also indifferent on this issue. Due to the presence of poles on the middle road, there is a risk of accident not only for four-wheeler drivers but also for two-wheeler drivers. Vinod Kumar told that he has been seeing the pole on the middle of the road here for more than 10 years. Forget removing the pole, the board does not even come to inspect the accident prone area.
